EU Committee - Legal and Tax Comparative Overview of Foundations
A European Foundation Centre (EFC) Legal and Tax Task Forces document publishes an overview including tables listing foundation policies in the 15 EU countries. Summarising the findings of 15 country reports available on the EFC website, the charts allow a comparison of legal and fiscal regulations and practices across the European countries.
The EU and NGOs: An Update
This article, published by the European Citizen Action Service, covers different aspects of the EU's relationship with NGO's: consultation, the role of the economic and social committee, grants and the issues which have faced European associations over the last year. A start is also made in analysing the financial regulation to answer the question: Could not the EU work more with foundations?
