  • Ramses Man presents on legacy marketing at the IFC

How can you make legacies flow through all your fundraising? What approach should you take and how do you get people talking? What are the right tools and products? What do donors think? These were some of the questions addressed by Ramses Man (Strategic Director at Delphi) and Stephen George from the NSPCC (UK) during their presentation at the International Fundraising Congress (IFC) in Holland. They used case studies from the UK, the US and Europe, research, trends, practical tools and ideas, great stories with new thinking, passion and energy for their workshop at the IFC.

Ramses Man has helped dozens of Dutch charities to successfully start up legacy fundraising programmes. Since 2004, he has researched more than 2000 individual legacy files and personally interviewed more than 150 legacy prospects in order to understand their profile and motivations.

The 28th IFC was held on 14-17 October 2008 in Noordwijkerhout, the Netherlands.
