What range of clients do you serve?

Public (i.e. government organizations, prefectures, regional authorities, local authorities, universities, hospitals, museums)

Private (i.e. SMEs – across industries such as telecommunications, commerce, and tourism)

How has your business evolved since it was started?

From a staff of 2 in 2003 it has reached a core staff of 17 with a network of 20+ freelance consultants.

Within 3 months of starting as a private business the company contracted 5 projects, establishing credibility and expertise of services, reaching 200 projects in 2009.

Starting from specific services, over the years the company has acquired expertise (due to its staff and external partners) a in a wide range of areas and thus has grown its services.

Where will your consultancy be in a few years time?

In a few years time the company is expected to have moved into additional industries and sectors; in addition, branch development in other European countries.

Which opportunities and threats do you see for your work in the sector and/or for the development of NPOs?

Opportunities for work- cross sector consulting opportunities, skills transfer. Threats for my work – economic crisis, decrease in funding.

Yes, during the last year I attended an EU Consult event where I had the opportunity to meet other members.

LA SAPIENZA, Rome Italy (Economics and Trade)

How did you first get involved in NPO consultancy?

As a result of my studies and early training I developed into roles that guided me into being involved in NPOs.

What interests you most about staying in the field?

Changing environments, projects, and clients; interesting material to work with; long term results with current projects.

What do you do to relax and forget your consultancy work?

Theatre, reading, travelling
