Dear Colleagues,
First of all, I would like to thank all members who sent in their comments regarding the EUConsult case and leaflet. This kind of feedback is very helpful indeed. Your comments will be discussed at the forthcoming Board Meeting, which will be held in London on 7 October, following which you will receive revised versions of the two documents.
Thank you too, to all of you who have contributed to the Member Get Member Drive aimed at attracting more high-level firms and individual consultants to membership. If you have not yet managed to get back to Denise to let her know who you will contact personally, or indeed to suggest a new potential member, then please would you do so asap. Denise would be happy to send you details again, if required.
Planning is continuing for the EUConsult EU-10 Initiative and we will have the formal proposal document ready soon. All contributions to this special project to support and build the third sector in the new EU member countries would be most welcome.
Following on from the success of last year’s event, we have decided to host another Consultants’ Lunch at the International Fundraising Congress in Noordwijkerhout. This is a great opportunity for EUConsult members to get together informally, while at the same time introducing the Association to non-members. If you would like to attend the lunch, please return the attached invitation.
