Dear Colleague,
We will shortly be gathering in Madrid for our Summer Conference and I hope that you are looking forward to this as much as I am – not only because we will have one of our best programmes to date, but also for the opportunity the conference will provide to reflect on our activities and share our knowledge and experiences.
The Annual General Meeting is also taking place in Madrid on Saturday, 12 June. This year we will be voting on two proposed amendments to our Articles of Association. You should have received a letter from Denise giving formal notice of the meeting and full details on the proposed changes. If you are unable to join us in Madrid, please take a minute to look at the papers and return the voting and proxy form, to ensure that your vote will be registered.
Another important aspect of the AGM is the chance to elect new members of the EUConsult Board. Current members of the board are listed on the AGM Agenda, which was sent with the notification letter. However, nominations for new members are now invited, so if you would like to nominate a EUConsult colleague or even yourself, please contact me direct to discuss or use the form provided.
