If accepted for Membership we agree to abide by the Code of Ethics so long as our Membership is in force, and to abide by such Membership rules as the Board may from time to time lay down.

Note: The applicant can be assured that all information supplied on this application form will be seen only by Board Members and the Executive Secretary of EUConsult and will be treated as confidential.

MEMBERSHIP CRITERIA

1) Members shall be businesses, not-for-profit organisations, partnerships, or individuals that specialise in consulting services for and about not-for-profit organisations and that are established according to law or otherwise recognised by appropriate other regulatory authorities in one of the European countries.

2) Regular Members shall be Full, Associate or Provisional Members depending on the length of time established and the experience of the Chief Executive.

2.1) Full Members shall have been established for at least five years in professional consulting or the Chief Executive shall have at least ten years’ experience of not-for-profit consulting or management of which at least three shall have been in consulting.

2.2) Associate Members shall have been established for at least two consecutive years in not-for-profit consulting. Associate Members shall enjoy all the rights and responsibilities of Full Members except eligibility for board membership.

2.3) Provisional Members shall be legal entities, partnerships and individuals committed to consulting for and about the not-for-profit sector but who do not yet have the required years of experience. Provisional Members shall enjoy all the rights of Full Membership except voting, eligibility for board membership and the use of the EUConsult Seal of Approval.

2.4) Affiliated Members shall be businesses which have significant consulting activity with not-for-profit organisations even though their principal business is not in this field. Affiliated Members shall enjoy all the rights and responsibilities of Full Members except eligibility for board membership.

EUConsult is a unique and powerful network of professionals
