WORKSHOP INFORMATION
In 2012 EUConsult will hold its first new-format Winter Workshop for civil society consultants. The event will focus on working together with clients, with the theme of Building Successful Client Relationships.
The EUConsult Winter Workshop will provide EUConsult members and consultants participating as guests with many excellent learning and networking opportunities in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. Participants will take away lots of new ideas for enhancing their consultancy activities.
WORKSHOP PROGRAMME
The event will take place in London on 9-10 February 2012 and offers the following highlights:
Thursday, 9 February
- Optional tour of the Tate Britain The Best of the Romantics and Turner
- Welcome reception at Bank Westminster restaurant
- Keynote speech at Bank Westminster restaurant Antonia Mochan, Head of Communication, Networks and Partnerships, European Commission
- Dinner at Bank Westminster restaurant
Friday, 10 February
- One-day Workshop at Europe House

WORKSHOP FEES
The workshop fees are as follows:
- Member - 270,00
- Additional Member * - 240,00
- Non-Member - 320,00
- Additional Non-Member * - 290,00
- Partner (reception/dinner only) - 90,00
* Rate for colleagues registering in addition to the first person from the same company.
The above rates do not include accommodation or the optional tour of the Tate Britain, but are otherwise all-inclusive for the reception and dinner on Thursday, 9 February and the Workshop (including lunch and refreshments) on Friday, 10 February. The tour of the Tate Britain will cost £9.00 per person, payable in cash on arrival at the Tate, providing that a group of at least 15 take part.

HOTEL ACCOMMODATION
Our suggested hotel for the event is the four star deluxe Double Tree by Hilton - London Westminster (previously Mint Hotel Westminster), which is within easy walking distance of the Bank Westminster restaurant and Europe House. Hotel accommodation is not included in the conference fee.
The rates at the Double Tree Westminster are as follows:
- £139.00 plus VAT single occupancy
- £149.00 plus VAT double occupancy
(The above rates are per room, per night and include continental breakfast, tea and coffee making facilities, complimentary broadband internet access and Wi-Fi in bedrooms and all public areas.)
You can reserve your hotel accommodation at the Double Tree Westminster when you register for the Workshop. If you request accommodation when you register, you will be sent confirmation details together with your confirmation for the Workshop. Payment for accommodation should be made direct to the hotel on departure.
If you do not wish to stay at the Double Tree Westminster, you also have the option of booking your own accommodation at another hotel of your choice.
Please note that the deadline for booking accommodation at the Double Tree by Hilton - London Westminster is Friday, 20 January!
